The Croatian Chamber of Economy (CCE), in cooperation with the Croatian National Tourist Board, presented Croatian premium, gastronomy & wine, active and health tourism products at the world’s leading tourism trade fair ITB Berlin, which took place in Berlin, March 4th to 6th, 2025.

ITB Berlin: A Global Platform for Tourism Industry Leaders

ITB Berlin, one of the largest tourism fairs in the world, brought together almost six thousand exhibitors from more than 170 countries. Visitors had the opportunity to network with key industry stakeholders and create business opportunities.

Showcasing Croatia’s Culinary and Cultural Heritage

Within the Croatian National stand, CCE daily organised networking events, during which visitors were offered and introduced to Croatian wines and cheeses, while surrounded by beautiful images of the Croatian tourism, cultural and natural attractions.  

Germany’s Key Role in Croatian Tourism

The Minister of Tourism and Sports, Tonči Glavina, emphasised the crucial role that the German market plays for Croatia and pointed out that winning the title of “Best European Destination 2025” by the “European Best Destinations” portal is a remarkable confirmation of the quality of Croatian tourism.

Strengthening Business Partnerships

The fair offered the Croatian delegation the opportunity to sit down with several business partners, including the German Travel Agency Association (DRV), ADAC, Novasol, Eurowings, TUI, and others, to discuss business cooperation and future opportunities in tourism. The specific characteristics of Croatian tourism were also highlighted, with a focus on sustainability and high-quality services.

Promoting Croatia as a Year-Round Destination

ITB Berlin 2025 was also an opportunity to promote Croatia as a destination that offers a wealth of amenities all year round.
