Founded in 2006 by Mladen Draguzet, a passionate trailblazer who turned his love for adventure sports into a thriving business—Istra Adventure has grown into one of Croatia’s leading agencies for off-road and sea-based excursions. Operating year-round with a team of 14 experienced guides, technicians, and administrative staff, the agency offers full control over the quality of its tours thanks to an impressive fleet of quads, buggies, jet skis, e-bikes, and kayaks.
The portfolio includes both standard and premium packages, ranging from adrenaline-pumping safari rides and team-building programs to wine and cheese tastings, historical site visits, and exclusive gastronomic routes across Istria.

Istra Adventure is headquartered in Draguzeti near Barban, where most of the quad and buggy experiences begin. Water-based activities such as kayaking and jet skiing depart from Uvala Pedrola in Rakalj, offering direct access to some of Istria’s most pristine coastal scenery. A recently opened start point in Rovinj adds even more flexibility, with short-format quad and buggy tours tailored for those exploring the west coast. Each location is carefully chosen to ensure immediate immersion in Istria’s diverse terrain, be it inland forest trails or hidden maritime gems.
