The kitchen is guided by local fishermen and producers who know the sea not just as a resource, but as a way of life. The catch arrives fresh each morning, from Adriatic fish to tender shellfish and delicate crustaceans, then transformed into not-to-miss dishes like the seafood tower, Cigale brodetto, lobster alla buzara with house-made pasta, and fish grilled or salt-baked to perfection.
