Hidden Beauties of Palmižana
It is one of our most special and favorite ACI marinas among boaters, highlighted for its unique environment and harmony with nature. It is open from April to October and offers 180 moorings along the piers and all the accompanying facilities, making it an ideal choice for a relaxing sailing vacation.
It is undoubtedly one of the busiest ports during the summer months, which is unsurprising given its proximity to the island of Hvar, just 2.5 nautical miles away.
On the northeastern side of the uninhabited islet of Sveti Klement, in the bay of the same name, lies ACI marina Palmižana. The island belongs to the Pakleni Islands and is located opposite the island and the town of Hvar in central Dalmatia. From May to October, ACI marina Palmižana is connected to Hvar by taxi vessels, while ferries operate from the town of Hvar and Stari Grad on Hvar several times a day. Stari Grad is connected to Rijeka and Dubrovnik by boat, while daily fast boat lines link Hvar, Vis and Split. Additionally, there are weekly connections between Ancona and Split.

For an even more special experience, visitors are recommended one-day trips to the nearby town of Hvar or the popular Zlatni rat beach on the island of Brač.
