Architecture in Dialogue with Nature
Villa Nai 3.3 is the only Croatian hotel awarded the prestigious Three Keys distinction by the Michelin Hotel Guide. It is also one of the most luxurious hotels in the Mediterranean and the second smallest member of The Leading Hotels of the World.
The conceptual design, created by renowned Croatian architect and academician Nikola Bašić, embraces the surrounding landscape rather than imposing upon it. Respecting the natural isohypses of the terrain, the green-roofed geometric structure seamlessly integrates olive oil production with exclusive guest accommodation, crafted to meet the highest standards of contemporary hospitality.
Constructed from excavated stone, the villa preserves natural resources and minimizes carbon emissions. Its A+ energy efficiency reflects a deep commitment to sustainability, while Mediterranean plants, olive trees, fruit trees, and herbal gardens now thrive around the property, creating a serene, living environment.
Located in the very heart of the Adriatic, Villa Nai 3.3 stands on the island of Dugi Otok—equidistant between the iconic cities of Venice and Dubrovnik. The hotel lies near the dramatic cliffs of Telašćica Nature Park, the scattered jewels of Kornati National Park, and Zadar, famous for its world-renowned sunsets. Surrounded by Aleppo pine and oak forests, accompanied by the sound of crickets, the villa offers peace and stillness even in the height of summer.
Ambiance
A Symphony of Space and Serenity
Villa Nai 3.3’s design seamlessly merges with its environment, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the island’s beauty even within their suites. Each room opens onto a private patio framed by olive groves, designed as a natural extension of the interior. These tranquil terraces invite moments of contemplation, whether watching the first light of dawn or the fiery hues of sunset. Inside, bespoke designer furniture in soothing, earthy tones reflects the villa’s dedication to harmony, well-being, and comfort.
