Ražnjevića Dvori is a centuries-old family estate turned into Croatia’s first diffused hotel and agrotourism retreat. Spanning over 17,000 m², it offers stunning views of olive groves, vineyards, and orchards.

The estate includes 6 elegant suites with 24 beds across restored traditional buildings that blend heritage with modern comfort. Guests can enjoy tranquil gardens, historical taverns, conference halls, and charming terraces for dining or relaxation.

Location

Nestled in the Heart of Ravni Kotari

Ražnjevića Dvori is located in Polača, at the heart of the Ravni Kotari region, between Benkovac and Biograd. Just 10 km from the highway and 30 km from Zadar. Polača’s name originates from Palatium, referring to ancient Roman palaces. Nearby, you’ll find Asseria, a significant Liburnian and Roman settlement, and Maškovića Han, a symbol of Ottoman rule.

The estate preserves traditional Dalmatian architecture, with layered stonework reflecting its centuries-old history. A heated pool is surrounded by open and covered terraces, a bar, and easy access to the on-site restaurant, perfect for all kinds of events. Ražnjevića Dvori cultivates over 200 olive varieties and native Dalmatian grapes, continuing the family’s tradition of producing premium extra-virgin olive oil and wine.
